¹ We monitor directorship, business addresses, shareholding, shareholding structure, residential addresses and general company details changes.
² You receive an alert in less than 24h after the changes were detected. Using our smart alerts, you have to acknoledge the receipt of the notification. If our systems detect that you did not confirm in 24h, we will retry and if we still didn't receive an acknowledgement from you, we will take further steps to make sure you receive the notification (some steps might include calling you or post a letter to your address).
³ The platform will get ready for you, 30 days before the renewal, a renewal pack including company solvency resolution. With the Business plan, you also get the company statement and the ASIC's instructions for paying the renewal fee.
⁴ ASIC EDGE credentials are required when you already act as a registered agent for the companies you want to monitor. Based on the selected plan, and what exactly do you want us to provide to you, you might be required to provide the ASIC EDGE credentials.
